Structure and Working Principle
The Y039 manual pressure pump (as shown in the schematic diagram) consists of a cylinder, piston rod, micro adjuster, switch valve, handle connecting rod, quick connector, etc. Quick connector connection standard table and calibrated table. When in use, grip the handle and connecting rod tightly with your hand, then release and repeat the process to drive the piston rod to reciprocate and change the cylinder volume, thereby generating an output pressure of 0-1.6 MPa for the cylinder

Precautions for use
1. Use connecting pipes to connect the standard table and the calibrated table.
2. When pressing, tighten the switch valve clockwise, and when unloading, do the opposite.
3. During the inspection process, it is important to ensure that all areas are sealed. After calibration, the instrument must be unloaded before disassembly, otherwise it may cause dangerous damage to the instrument.
4. When installing instruments, PTFE tape should be wrapped around the threaded joints to ensure sealing.
5. Attachment Y0440000:11 is used to verify the connection of the pressure transmitter, Y044, 0000:14-15 is used to connect pressure gauges.
